Renders the catalogue that [1/2] stored: a model picker filtered to the clip's asset type, and an Options popup built from the selected model's option schema.
Verify:
npm run verify:ciRisk: 535 lines, roughly half tests. The DOM, popup wiring and validity path share one component with no independently deployable seam.
